Shipping Rates vary based on the type pf product. All of our current Merchandise is print on demand and Printify sets the shipping rates.

The shipping rates for Coffee and Tea orders are primarily calculated based on weight. But we do give free shipping for orders $75 and above. We use the following formula to calculate coffee and tea shipping rates:

0 to 8oz: $3.00
9oz to 1.49lbs: $5.00
1.5lbs to 2.1lbs: $7.00
2.2lbs to 4.9lb: $10.00

Shipping

Coffee and Tea orders will usually start fulfillment on the first business day after the order is placed, but this can take 3-5 days. Coffee orders are roasted each shipping day. Standard US Shipping is 2-5 business days.

Merchandise print on demand products may take 1 to 2 weeks for production. Standard US Shipping is 5-10 business days. Expedited US Shipping is 3-5 business days.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on coffee & tea products AND print on demand merchandise once shipped. Please do not return/ship products back to the distributor.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

On Coffee and Tea products if you are not completely satisified with your pruchase.
The item arrives damaged
The item is defective
The wrong item was shipped

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Refunds will be made to the original
payment method.
